Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds due to customer preference or circumstances.
2. However, in the event that an incorrect item is shipped or a product is found to be defective due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and promptly send the correct replacement.
3. Any damage incurred during transportation will be covered by the shipping company’s insurance.
4. For returns resulting from the recipient’s absence or failure to receive the shipment, please contact the shipping company directly.
5. Please note that the shipping company cannot be selected by the customer.
6. If a shipment is returned to Japan due to the expiration of the local holding period, the item will be re-shipped after the additional shipping fee of JPY 1,000 has been paid by the customer.
